## Why does Keres AI exist?

Keres AI exists because most local service businesses cannot staff a phone around the clock. According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, the national median wage for receptionists and information clerks was $38,010 a year in May 2025 ([BLS OEWS 43-4171](https://www.bls.gov/oes/current/oes434171.htm)). The BLS figure is before payroll taxes and benefits, and covers roughly 40 of the week’s 168 hours. ## How does Keres AI work with a new client?

Keres AI works with a new client in four steps. First, a 30-minute call covers how your calls and intake run today: who answers, what gets asked and where leads stop. Second, you get a quote: Found from $249 a month ($499 for law firms), and Remi as one monthly rate with included minutes, then per minute. Third, Keres AI does the setup. For example, we write Remi’s script from your services, hours and handoff rules, then connect your number and your calendar or CRM, such as Google Calendar, HubSpot or ServiceTitan. The timing depends on your call flows and integrations, and we agree on the timing during the first call. Finally, you test Remi yourself before Remi answers a single customer. ## What doesn’t Keres AI do?

- Keres AI does not run Google Ads or sell traffic. Found sets up and answers Local Services Ads instead.
- Remi is an AI receptionist, not a lawyer or clinician. Remi does not give legal, medical or financial advice, and does not clear a legal conflict itself; Remi collects the names so the firm can run the check.
- Keres AI is not SOC 2 or HIPAA certified and does not sign BAAs or DPAs ([trust and security](https://www.keresai.com/trust)). A practice with HIPAA obligations should raise them before signing up.
- Keres AI does not train third-party AI models on client data.
- Remi answers in English only, as of October 2026.
- Keres AI does not publish a price for Remi. Remi is quoted to call volume, with included minutes and no per-call fees.
- Keres AI does not use long-term contracts. Every plan is month-to-month with 30 days’ written notice.

## How does Keres AI check what it publishes?

Pages are drafted with AI assistance and reviewed by the Keres AI team. Competitor prices come from each vendor’s own pricing page and carry the date they were checked, and estimates are labelled as Keres AI estimates.
