Reactivation Worker

June — the Reactivation Worker. The cheapest lead you’ll ever get is one you already have.

Every name in your CRM already chose you once, or nearly did. June, your Reactivation Agent, works that list as conversations rather than blasts — and asks for the review after every job, so the next stranger chooses you too.

Step by step

How a campaign runs

Five steps, and you approve the list and the message before anything sends.

See it on your own numbers
  1. 01

    List

We pull the segment from your CRM — past customers, cold leads, closed-lost — and you see exactly who is in it.

  2. 02

    Segment

Split by what they bought, when they last spoke to you, and why they did not go ahead.

  3. 03

    Sequence

A three-touch sequence over about two weeks, written in your voice and approved by you before it sends.

  4. 04

    Replies

Every reply is handled as a conversation. Interested people get booked; the rest are marked and left alone.

  5. 05

    Booked

Appointments land in your calendar and the outcome is written back to the CRM, so the list is cleaner than when we started.

Database reactivation

A reactivation campaign contacts the customers and cold leads already in your CRM with a specific, timely reason to come back — tune-up season, a dental recall, the estimate you wrote in the spring. It is the cheapest pipeline a small firm has, and it is almost always untouched because nobody has the hours to work it.

  • Seasonal campaigns: tune-ups, recall, annual service, pre-winter checks.
  • Cold leads who enquired and never booked.
  • Every reply handled as a conversation, not a bounce into an inbox.

Win-back and closed-lost revival

Someone who said no six months ago is a different person today: the quote they took instead went badly, the problem came back, the budget arrived. June re-approaches closed-lost from the last six to twelve months with an acknowledgement that you spoke before, which is the reason these convert better than cold outreach.

Review and referral requests

June asks for the review after every completed job or matter, at the point where the customer is happiest. Anyone who signals they are unhappy is routed privately to the owner first instead of being pushed toward a public review, and the customers who rated you highest are the ones asked for a referral.

  • An automatic ask after every completed job or matter.
  • Unhappy customers intercepted and sent to the owner, not to Google.
  • Referral asks aimed at the people who already rated you well.
  • Owner responses drafted for your approval, never posted unread.

What it does not do

June works lists you own and people who have a real prior relationship with your business. It does not buy lists, scrape contacts, or contact people who asked not to be contacted. Reactivation only works because the recipient recognises your name — the moment that stops being true it is just spam with your logo on it.

Owner Daily Brief

You don’t log into a dashboard. You get a text.

Whatever June did overnight shows up in one message each morning, alongside which source produced the bookings and the single thing that needs a person.

Keres Owner Daily Brief · Example
  1. Today 6:00 AM

    Yesterday on the phones

    • 31 calls answered
    • 12 jobs qualified
    • 8 jobs dispatched
    • 3 estimates followed up
    • 2 reviews posted
  2. 6:00 AM

Best source: Google Business Profile — 5 of 8 jobs.

  3. 6:01 AM

1 job has no tech assigned Assign: the 8–10 AM no-heat call on Miller Road needs a truck.

Pricing

Grow, a month.

June comes with Grow, and reactivation campaigns can also be bought one at a time. Quoted to your volume, month-to-month, live in five business days.

Questions

June FAQ

Is this just mass texting my customers?

No. Each campaign targets a segment you approve, with a reason that applies to that segment, and every reply is handled as a conversation. You see the list and the message before anything sends.

What does it cost?

June on the Grow plan is quoted to your list size and campaign volume. Individual reactivation campaigns can also be quoted on their own if you want to try one before committing.

How long does setup take?

Five business days for the plan. A single campaign is usually live inside a week of us getting access to the list.

What happens when someone replies?

Interested people are qualified and booked. Anyone who says no is marked in your CRM and not contacted again by that campaign. Anything that needs a person comes to you with the thread.

Will it damage my reputation?

It is designed not to. Unhappy customers are routed to the owner privately instead of toward a public review, opt-outs are honoured in one word, and June never contacts a bought or scraped list.

Is there a contract?

No. Month-to-month, cancel any month.
