Dental & med spa
Every call booked. Every appointment confirmed. Every recall filled.
Remi, your Inbound Agent, answers while your front desk is chairside — qualifies the procedure, checks what insurance you take, and books the chair time. Then Theo confirms it and June brings the recall list back.

Good morning — the practice opens at eight, but I can book you now. What do you need?

I chipped a tooth on a bagel this morning. It is sharp.

Let us get you seen today. Are you an existing patient with us?

Yes, I came in for a hygiene visit in the spring.

Found your chart — you are also due for recall, so I will note that. There is chair time at 3:15 this afternoon.
- 0:35 Caller
I will take it.
- 0:39 Remi
Booked at 3:15. Your forms are on the way by text so you are not filling them out in the chair.

The problem
Why the empty chair is the real cost
A practice loses money in two places: the new-patient call nobody could take because the front desk was chairside, and the booked appointment that never showed. Both are quiet, both are routine, and both are fixable without hiring — the first with an agent that answers, the second with one that confirms.

On the call
What Remi does, in order.
Remi, your Inbound Agent, runs the script you would run if you had time to answer every call yourself — in your vocabulary, in this order, every time.
Everything Remi does- 01
New patient or recall
Remi checks whether the caller is already on file, and flags anyone overdue for recall while it has them on the phone.
- 02
Procedure qualification
What is wrong, how long it has been going on, and whether this is cosmetic, hygiene or an emergency — so the right length of chair time gets booked.
- 03
Insurance pre-qualification
Whether you take their plan, asked plainly, before a treatment conversation that would only end in disappointment.
- 04
Chair time booked
Real availability offered on the call and written into your practice management system, with forms texted before the visit.
- 05
Confirmation and reminders
Theo takes over: confirmation, reminders, reschedule handling, and the waitlist backfill when someone cancels.
Practices
Trained on what you actually ask.
-
General dentistry
Hygiene recall, emergency chair time, and the new-patient call that came in while both operatories were running.
-
Specialty dental
Referral intake, longer procedure blocks, and pre-treatment questions answered before the consult.
-
Med spa
Treatment qualification, package questions, contraindication screening, and rebooking on the treatment cycle.
-
Multi-location
One number, routed to the right location, with each site’s availability and each site’s Daily Brief.
After the call
Answering is stage one of three.
Getting the appointment on the calendar is not the same as getting it kept, and the list of people who already chose you is the cheapest pipeline you own.
-
- Confirms every appointment, reminds on your schedule, handles reschedules in thread, and backfills a cancellation from the waitlist before the chair goes empty.
-
- Works the recall list every month, revives patients who lapsed, and asks for the review after treatment — routing anyone unhappy to the practice manager privately.
Owner Daily Brief
You don’t log into a dashboard. You get a text.
One message each morning with what happened overnight, which source produced the bookings, and the single thing that needs a person.

Compliance
The part your risk person asks about.

Questions
Dental & med spa FAQ
Does it integrate with our practice management system?
Google Calendar, HubSpot and ServiceTitan are connected today. Dentrix and Open Dental are rolling out — ask where yours is, and in the meantime Remi books to a shared calendar your front desk already watches.
Can it answer insurance questions?
It confirms which plans you accept and flags anything it cannot answer for your front desk. It does not quote coverage or estimate a patient’s out-of-pocket cost — that is a conversation for a person with the plan in front of them.
What does it cost?
Found starts at $249/month. Remi on the Answer plan is quoted to your call volume, locations and integrations. Month-to-month.
How long does setup take?
Five business days. Twenty minutes on how the front desk handles calls now, then your script, your number and your calendar, and you test it before a patient does.
What if the caller has an emergency?
You define what counts. Remi warm-transfers those to the on-call number and sends a "call me now" alert with what it already collected if nobody picks up.
Is there a contract?
No. Month-to-month, cancel any month.
