Keres AI ("we", "us", "our") provides custom AI automation services to field service businesses. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have over it.

01Information we collect

We collect information you voluntarily provide:

• Contact form submissions: name, email, company, industry, and the message you send us.
• Scheduling information: when you book a call via Calendly, details are governed by their privacy policy.
• Newsletter signups: your email address, if you subscribe to our updates.

We also collect basic request logs (IP address, user agent, referrer) for security and performance monitoring. We do not use third-party analytics that track you across sites.

02How we use it

• To respond to your inquiries and schedule discovery calls.
• To deliver the services you've engaged us for.
• To send you relevant updates (only if you subscribed — you can unsubscribe any time).
• To protect our systems from abuse and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not train third-party AI models on your data.

03Third-party processors

To run this site and respond to inquiries, we use a small set of vendors:

• GitHub Pages — hosts the website.
• Formspree — processes contact form submissions.
• Calendly — handles discovery-call scheduling.
• Google Fonts — serves typefaces.

Each vendor processes data strictly to provide its service to us. Links to their privacy policies are available on request.

04Your rights

You can request at any time:

• A copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Correction of any inaccurate information.
• Deletion of your information (subject to legal retention requirements).
• Withdrawal of consent to marketing communications.

To exercise any of these rights, email ops@keresai.com. We respond within 30 days.

05Data retention

We retain contact form submissions for 2 years after last interaction, after which they are deleted. Client-engagement records are retained for the duration of the engagement plus 7 years to meet tax and legal requirements.

06Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls, and regular security reviews. No system is perfectly secure, however, and we can't guarantee absolute security of transmitted data.

07Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
