Privacy Policy

Keres AI ("we", "us", "our") provides an AI receptionist and AI SDR platform for businesses that live on the phone. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have over it.

01Information we collect

We collect information you voluntarily provide:

Quote and contact form submissions: business name, mobile number, industry, roughly how many calls you get and how they are handled today, the language you wrote in, the page you sent it from, and any ad click identifiers and campaign tags (gclid, fbclid, utm) that brought you to that page.
Scheduling information: when you book a call via Calendly, details are governed by their privacy policy.
Newsletter signups: your email address, if you subscribe to our updates.

We also collect basic request logs (IP address, user agent, referrer) for security and performance monitoring. Page counts come from GoatCounter, which sets no cookie. When our advertising tags are turned on, Google and Meta set their own cookies on this site to measure which ads led to a quote request, a call or a booked meeting; see section 03.

02How we use it

To respond to your inquiries and schedule discovery calls.
To call or text you about your quote request at the mobile number you gave us (see section 04).
To measure which ads and campaigns lead to quote requests, calls and bookings, so we spend less on the ones that do not.
To deliver the services you've engaged us for.
To send you relevant updates (only if you subscribed, you can unsubscribe any time).
To protect our systems from abuse and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your data. The only thing advertising platforms receive from this site is measurement: that a page was viewed, a form was sent, a number was tapped or a meeting was booked, with a random event id and the page language. They never receive your name, business name, message or call details. We do not train third-party AI models on your data.

03Third-party processors

To run this site and respond to inquiries, we use a small set of vendors:

GitHub Pages — hosts the website.
Formspree, processes contact form submissions.
Calendly, handles discovery-call scheduling.
Google Fonts, serves typefaces.
GoatCounter, counts page views without cookies or personal identifiers.
Google Ads and Google Analytics, measure which search ads lead to quote requests, calls and bookings, using Google's cookies. You can opt out at adssettings.google.com.
Meta Pixel, measures which Facebook and Instagram ads lead to quote requests, calls and bookings. You can opt out in your Meta ad preferences.

If we turn on enhanced matching, Google and Meta also receive a one-way hash (SHA-256) of the mobile number you type into a quote form, so they can match the lead to the ad click on their side. The number itself is never sent to them and cannot be recovered from the hash.

Each vendor processes data strictly to provide its service to us. Links to their privacy policies are available on request.

04Calls and text messages

When you give us a mobile number on a quote form, you agree that Keres AI may call or text that number about your request. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts, or email us. Agreeing to texts is never a condition of buying anything from us.

If you become a client, Remi, our AI receptionist, answers and texts your own customers on your behalf under your instructions. You are responsible for the notices and consents your customers need, and we will help you set them up.

05Your rights

You can request at any time:

A copy of the personal information we hold about you.
Correction of any inaccurate information.
Deletion of your information (subject to legal retention requirements).
Withdrawal of consent to marketing communications.
If you live in California: that we stop sharing measurement data about you with advertising platforms. Email us, or block third-party cookies in your browser.

To exercise any of these rights, email ops@keresai.com. We respond within 30 days.

06Data retention

We retain contact form submissions for 2 years after last interaction, after which they are deleted. Client-engagement records are retained for the duration of the engagement plus 7 years to meet tax and legal requirements.

07Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls, and regular security reviews. No system is perfectly secure, however, and we can't guarantee absolute security of transmitted data.

08Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
